In a culturally filled event held in Helsinki on 25th of August, the Communist Party of Finland (Suomen Kommunistinen Puolue) celebrated the 100 years since its foundation. In his speech, the Party's Chairperson Juha-Pekka Väisänen stressed that the dream of working people everywhere for a world free of exploitation and oppression is possible.
The workers’ dream is possible.
The dream of workers, of workingmen and workingwomen, is possible. When we talk of the working proletariat, the particles of the cosmos coalesce. Red ignites. Revolutionary consciousness lives and summons its fighters.
