In a bid to deepen its rule and, in this year’s context, take forward its undemocratic elections, the Mswati autocracy has resuscitated old traffic charges against the Deputy General Secretary of the Communist Party of Swaziland (CPS), Comrade Mxolisi Ngcamphalala. The regime has summoned him to appear in court today for those charges.

Police shoot and kidnap Communist Party of Swaziland member Mvuselelo Mkhabela
The armed police contingent from Hlathikhulu police station was part of the deployment of the regime to enforce its unpopular rule to the people when they shot at him at around 1:00PM (CAT).
Comrade Mvuselelo was badly shot at and dragged to the police van helplessly. He has been identified at Hlathikhulu Government Hospital. The police dumped him in the hospital and informed the hospital staff that they will come check him at night.

Escorted buses and lorries, dispatched by Mswati all over Swaziland to fetch young girls, returned empty from pick-up points. This is a victory for all Swazis. Mswati and his murderous regime are becoming increasingly isolated.

Swaziland's communists debunk misleading reports by the "Times of Swaziland"
About two weeks ago on its Sunday edition, the Times deliberately misled its readers that it had obtained a ‘leaked’ CPS document purporting that the CPS School was attended by first year William Pitcher College students. The Times claimed that the students were trained to sabotage the state by attacking and disarming the police, cutting electricity poles, cutting water pipes, conducting money heists, among other acts.

"The South African Communist Party (SACP) expresses its message of heartfelt condolences to the family of Comrade Khaya Xaba, the National Education, Health and Allied Workers Union (Nehawu), the Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu), and the Young Communist League of South Africa (YCLSA). The National Spokesperson of Nehawu passed away in the early hours of Sunday, 13 June 2021 after experiencing complications from an illness. It was with great sadness that we learnt of Comrade Khaya’s untimely death.
