Recently, Alice Weidel, the frontwoman
of Germany’s far-right AfD party, was interviewed by tycoon and Trump
supporter Elon Musk. In their much-publicized virtual conversation,
Weidel blurted out that Hitler was a “communist” and a “socialist” in
order to show the distance that supposedly separates her from Nazism,
since Hitler was “not a conservative” or “a libertarian” and that her
party and she are “exactly the opposite”.
