A delegation of the Communist Party of Greece (KKE), headed by General Secretary Dimitris Koutsoumbas, will visit Cuba on 10-15 July, following an invitation by Cuba's Communist Party (PCC), Rizospastis reports.
The visit will include numerous bilateral meetings between the two fraternal parties, including the Union of Young Communists (UJC), the Workers' Central Union of Cuba (Central de Trabajadores de Cuba - CTC) and other bodies of the Cuban people's movement.
Secretary Koutsoumbas will be accompanied by Politburo member and MP Giorgos Marinos, MEP Lefteris Nikolaou-Alavanos and Aris Evangelidis, member of the Party's International Relations Section.
